All of these minerals will fluoresce under long-wave UV light, which means they will work with any of our black lights. You will recieve 6 assorted samples of various fluorescent minerals with information in our kits with types of fluorescent minerals included which vary from time to time. Most kits contain, Opal, Hackmanite, Fluorite, Wernerite, Various areas for Calcite. This set is the perfect starter kit for teaching any learning age about minerals.

Our basic mineral kit contains 6 beautiful minerals of Opal, Hackmanite, Fluorite, Wernerite, Calcite 1, Calcite 2. Some kits may very from time to time containing one or more different minerals as available when creating our magnificent fluorescent minerals kits. Generally the above mentioned specimens are most common in our basic kits. Above kit contains our 6 inch longwave pocket uv light.
