General Information & Ordering -SHIPPING INFO
Most orders ship via UPS or U.S. Priority Mail No APO addresses please!
WE DO NOT have a store or warehouse where you can 'pick up' items. All orders MUST be placed online and shipped accordingly!
Since we offer many specialty items some orders may take longer to receive from the day you order. It is your responsibility to provide us with the correct address for delivery. If you are a company please indicate the company first then attn to: with your name. Shipping charges are non refundable unless we created the error. Some items may be drop shipped directly from our manufacturer via UPS or another method. Should an item be on back order you may be notified in excess of 7 days. Because of the fact that many items we sell are fragile we specially pack each order to the best of our ability avoid any damage. In the rare event that you receive a damaged product we ask that you to contact us immediately. Some specialty orders may not include tracking information.We do not offer any expedited shipping options at this time We offer ground or priority mail servce only. If ordering near the holidays please allow extra shipping time. If you need an item by a certain date please include that in your notes and contact us to make sure your needed items are in stock.
Shipping Liability
Globrght Inc. does not insure your package against damage or loss.
If your package is damaged, lost, stolen, etc., please contact the appropriate shipping company.
Under no circumstances will we be liable for any damages or losses incurred during shipping.
Our liability ends the moment the package is picked up by the carrier (either UPS or USPS).
We may require a signature for some deliveries. We are not responsible for items that are left on the doorstep or lost in the mailroom of your company. If your order takes longer than 2 weeks from the time you order please check your tracking info and inform us of the issue.
U.S. Mail return
If your package is returned due to giving an improper address a second shipping charge will be required before we reship if it is determined it was not our error.
PayPal users and credit card holders MUST provide a correct billing address when ordering. Unconfirmed addresses are due to entering a billing address that is not confimed.
PayPal protects the seller and buyer against fraud and entering an accurate billing address is a must to protect from fraud so be sure to provide correct address information.
Customer tracking and shipping choice suggestions and responsibilities
For nearly all orders we provide tracking information that is available from our website for each order. It is important for each customer to obtain their tracking information, Globright does not refund shipping or accept returns because of a missed deadline. Customers should allow themselves ample time to receive items, check to make sure they are in proper working order, etc.
Cancellation Of Order
Once an order has shipped we cannot cancel an order. Orders are generally processed within 24 hours of being placed.
We highly recommend against quantity purchases if you do not know the product's capabilities and highly recommend the purchase of (1) Qty for your inspection before placing larger orders. All BULK orders carry a 25 % restocking fee.
Return Policy
On ALL products we have a strict 15 day from you receiving your order, return policy. Merchandise that is NOT returnable are custom made lights, Inks, Invisible Ink Pens, & Paint, Glogerm, Germjuice, or Germ Powder, Anti-theft Gel, Stop Thief, and used SL1 Markers or damaged items due to improper use, used items or items without original packaging (if applicable). If you find that there is a defect in a product please email us for return authorization approval. Loose items must be returned in original condition. Return authorization must be given before sending any items back.any items back. All bulk or quantity returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Return permission is determined on a case by case basis at our discretion. If an item does not seem to be performing properly we will offer you email support to help troubleshoot any problems. Returned items must be returned no later then 30 days after authorization is arranged to receive a credit. If you are dissatisfied with your products, you MUST contact us via email to arrange a solution. We do not refund shipping charges unless we have caused the error in shipment. If you do notice an error in shipment, do not hesitate to call us and we will rectify the matter immediately. Please open your package when received to insure you received all items and that they are in working order.
Please enclose the original receipt or shipping confirmation slip. Please notify us in advance by any of the provided means of contact that the return is on its way in order to ensure prompt processing. You should insure your return for your protection.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping costs on ALL returns are the responsibility of the customer. Items should be insured for the purchase value. No product will be shipped in a damaged state. If any damage has occurred during the shipping process, please contact us immediately so that we can make arrangements for the return of the item at no expense to you, as well as issuing a credit, refund, or replacement.
Order Inquiries
To check on an order, you must email us with the name and address the package was going to, your email address and phone number, the date the order was placed (very important), and last of all, how the order was paid for (money order, check, PayPal, etc).
Wrong or Missing Items
If you discover a missing item or an item is not what you ordered, you must report it to us within 15 days of delivery.
All boxes are recorded using security cameras while in our shipping dept.
Using this method insures that we know exactly how boxes have been packed for quality as well as security.
You have 15 days from the date your package is delivered to file a missing/wrong item claim. After this time, claims for missing or wrong items will not be honored. No exceptions.

Sorry, we DO NOT accept any order outside of the United States or That includes APO and AFO orders. We no longer accept phone orders.
1. Please use our shopping cart for on-line purchases & checks, and Money Orders.
2. You can use all major credit cards to make a purchase. We use Paypal, you do not need a paypal account to order.
3. Be sure to include a current phone number in case you cannot be reached via email.
If there is any issue with your order it will not ship until we are able to contact you so provide more than one way to contact you.
Kits and substitutions
We offer a variety of kit based products at special pricing. These kits may include 6 inch black lights. We reserve the right to substitute these black lights depending on availability. The included black light may vary slightly from those pictured in the kit but will be of equal quality. Colors may also slightly vary from the pictures on the website.

Credit
We do not accept credit of any kind or Personal checks. We no longer accept Purchase orders unless payment is made first or prior to sending goods. You may email or fax purchase orders however items must be paid for before shipping.

Common product problems
Most of our items are tested to be in working order either by checking batches or individual lighting problems before they are shipped. Items are in working order before they leave our facility.
Common problems with lights may be due to settling during shipping and can be a loose bulb, or improperly inserted batteries.
Problems with Ink are almost always due to use of a light that is not a true black light and was not purchased from us. In a few cases black lights are used in outdoor venues and daylight will affect results. You can use a closed box to create a dark space outdoors.
Problems with ink on paper products may be due to a high fluorescent product in the paper and require the use of paper with little or no UV materials in them.
Issues with Glow in the dark paint are generally due to not enough coats of paint or priming with a black back round and require more coats.
Problems with battery operated items are almost always due to improper insertion of batteries and on rare occasion a bulb comes loose during shipping.
Applications
Often times customers will ask us if our products will work with specific applications. Most of these are listed on the site however we still get some very unusual questions. As we cannot possibly test products in every possible scenario it will be up to the user to discover if a product will work under certain conditions or on certain materials. Any application should be within the intended use of the product in question. For example, Our germ juice and Glogerm products are intended for hand washing and surface contamination training. No other application is recommended, nor should it. Germ juice & Glo germ is also intended for use with water only and not hand sanitizers.
